Manage the Policy Administration team to support the company goal of increasing customer centricity.
Identify areas for improvements, drive and implement changes in Policy Administration for service excellence
Ensure strategic objectives are met, communicate with business partners in Sales, Finance, Technology & Operations, ensure all operations and systems are aligned with business needs and support business growth.
Responsible for leading the Policy Admin team’s strategic planning, coordinate the development of business cases, business requirements for new functionality and leading the successful implementation of new services.
Investigate and introduce process changes which reduce the operation cost of running the area whilst maintaining or improving its operational efficiency.
Establish service standards and monitor efficiency, performance and quality. Allocate resources efficiently to achieve timely delivery of services to both internal and external customers.
Responsible for resources planning. Provide coaching and training to team members and ensure that effective succession management and employees development plans are in place.
University degree in any discipline, preferably with professional qualifications, FLMI, ACS, ALHC
Minimum 10 years of management experience in Life Operations, with 5 years of supervisory or managerial level
Experience on project management particularly in system modification or process reengineering
Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills, detailed minded and sound judgment, able to work in fast paced environment independently
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Good computer literacy in using Miscrsoft and core life administration systems
