Our client is a HK based Financial Services, due to rapid growth in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a senior 1st Line Support Engineer.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Working proactively and independently in IT infrastructure and Application projects
  • Assisting the team Lead to lead a team of engineers to provide end-user technical support and problem resolution
  • Assist in negotiation with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors on pricing, procurement and requirement on desktop equipment
  • Provide technical support on Ad-hoc requests
  • Requirements :

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Candidate with lower educational qualification will also be considered if with relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Information Technology areas
  • Knowledge and experience in first-line user and technical support with strong skill in trouble-shooting and soft-skill is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
