Serve as an editorial assistant providing support to the editorial team;
Provide preliminary assessment on the viability of publication projects;
Provide administrative, clerical and logistics support to the daily operation of the Press;
Provide support to the sales and accounting management of the Press;
Receive incoming calls and follow up enquiries for the Press;
Perform any other duties as assigned.
A Bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong sense of responsibility;
A self-motivated and good team player with ability to work independently; and
Proficiency in MS Office are required.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
