collect & understand the hiring requirements from clients, source and interview candidates as well as match them to assignments.
Evaluate candidate by phone call or face to face interview, and make professional advice accordingly
Will be assigned to working on permanent and / or contracting openings
opportunity to work on openings from our overseas offices like Beijing and Singapore
Candidates should have passion in the dealing with people and is smart, intelligent and with an outgoing personality
Prefer those coming from customer service, IT sector, HR field, T23 / T22 contracts, recruitment firms or sales / telesales background.
A high level of personal integrity and business ethics;
Owning some business contacts in the IT&T, government or some vertical sectors is preferred
Less experienced candidates are also welcomed to apply as Researcher or Trainee
Those assigned to work on the China market have to be native Mandarin speaker
