Develop, implement and promote consultancy development initiatives to achieve KPIs
Drive, coach and support the consultancy teams to achieve business results
Monitor and analyze consultancy performance measures and ensure corrective actions are taken
Inspire and maintain high morale among the consultancy force through implementation of appropriate initiatives and incentives
Educate and coach consultancy leaders in building a strong, productive and professional consultancy teams
Provide and arrange briefings / training sessions to consultancy teams for driving business results and value
Actively participate in and contribute to any projects as assigned
University graduate with minimum 8 year of relevant experience in insurance and financial industry, preferably with experiences in Agency Recruitment or Agency Administration or Agency support functions
Strong capabilities in project management with analytical mind and sensitive to numbers
Initiative, detail-minded and strong business acumen
Proactive, creative and mature with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Conversant in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
less experiences will be considered for Assistant Manager position
