The appointee will work closely with the MBA management team to perform the following major duties :
Plan, coordinate, manage, and support a variety of events as part of student recruitment and admission process;
Conduct programme promotion and outreach activities, including but not limited to presenting in information sessions, attending fairs, and working directly with prospective students;
Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and business communications to promote programme image and enhance brand recognition;
Participate and provide support for various student and alumni activities; and
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
The appointee will be occasionally required to work in evenings and / or during weekends, and travel outside Hong Kong.
A Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years’ relevant working experience. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
good interpersonal, technical, critical, and analytical skills with a flexible and creative approach to problem solving;
and strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently to meet tight timelines are required.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a presentation and written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract;
