F.5 or above

  • 1-3 years working experience or above is preferably in household retail industry / department store / supermarket
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

    Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint

    Good presentation and interpersonal skills, independent and self-motivated

    Aggressive, outgoing and be able to work under pressure

    Initiative and detail-minded with good sense of responsibility

    Job Duties :

    Provide administrative and clerical support, include preparation of various sales reports, invoices and working closely with internal and external parties for sales order placement, inquiries and coordination

    Willing to work offsite to check store inventory and arrange replenishment

    Handle and follow up of customers' inquiries to meet customer requirements as far as possible

    Assist in reviewing, implementing business strategies and initiatives to meet the sales target

    Assist in ad hoc assignments as required
