The candidate will provide customer centric financial planning solutions and services to Manulife’s customers with a focus on Mainland Chinese Visitor ( MCV ) customers.
The candidate will build on his / her unique PRC network and connections with High Net Worth MCV customers to further grow and find opportunities for Manulife’s MCV business.
The candidate will use his / her unique knowledge and experience from the PRC to help modify Manulife’s insurance products and services to better suit the needs of MCV customers.
Job incumbent will be employed by Manulife and work under the supervision of an Agency Director who will arrange secondment to an Agency District for on-the-job training.
Apply PRC local knowledge and experience to assist Manulife in tailoring its insurance products and services to the needs of High Net Worth MCV customers
Actively explore business leads for High Net Worth MCV customers within own PRC network and connections
Analyze and customize solutions to best fit the needs of MCV customers
Constant monitoring of MCV investment portfolios
Provide comprehensive insurance investment advice and services, s to High Net Worth MCV customers
Fully comply with internal policies and external regulations
Required Personal Qualities / Skills / Competencies
University Degree holder and other professional designations such as Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper 1, 3, 5
Proven unique network and connections with High Net Worth MCV individuals
Willing to understand and build rapport with distributors
Fluency or native capability in Cantonese and Mandarin, good proficiency in English
Satisfying the requirement of fitness and properness
Proven track record of experience and servicing in the private / individual investment field generation
Strong communication, interpersonal skills & High Net Worth MCV client relationship management
