Senior Guest Services Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for front desk and management office operations and provide concierge services to guests
  • Conduct pre-check in room inspection and check out inventory inspection and preparation on the necessary documents for check in and check out procedure
  • Responsible for facilities usage arrangement and handle incidental charges settlement
  • Handle guest complaints and irregular incidents recording and gather necessary information for management
  • Provide bell services to guests
  • Conduct site visiting and other related sales generation activities
  • Requirements :

  • Form 7 or Certificate holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • 2 years guest services experience in Hotels or Serviced Apartment
  • Good knowledge of Hospitality Property Management System and relevant systems Opera, HIS, FCS, etc. & general MS Office Software
  • Must be courteous, patient, helpful, pro-active and responsive in different circumstances
  • Ability to multi-task and work as a team
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, other foreign language speaking is a plus
  • Willing to work on shift and on public holidays
