The Hong Kong Jockey Club Sports Medicine and Health Sciences Centre Project Co-ordinator II The appointee will be stationed at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin, and be responsible for (a) co-

  • ordinating taught master programmes and on-field services, and developing plans for community health promotion programmes;
  • b) implementing the above projects and preparing documentations and budget as required; (c) liaising with internal and external parties;
  • d) providing support to the office administration and daily operations; and (e) performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

  • Working beyond office hours or during weekends will be required occasionally. Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree;
  • ii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification executive and administrative experience, preferably in project co-ordination and management;
  • iii) an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) computer literacy, e.g.

  • MS Windows, Chinese word-processing, etc.; (v) strong problem-solving skills and project execution capability; (vi) good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • and (vii) the ability to work both independently and co-operatively with other team members under a multitasking environment.

    Knowledge of design software, e.g. InDesign and Photoshop, is preferred. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

    Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
