To formulate and drive predictive analytics, market insight plan and provide data-driven recommendations for customer engagement strategy
To support deliveries of ad-hoc analytical projects to the clients with actionable insight, communicated in a manner appropriate to the audience
To support deliveries of campaign activity to evaluate its success and to provide robust recommendations for future improvements
To identify and support in driving efficiency of regular tasks through automation and streamlining of processes
QA of team members’ work to ensure all deliveries are error-free
Educated to degree level in numerical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Economics)
4 - 5 years hands-on experience in CRM data analysis, data extraction, customer segmentation and / or statistical modelling, ideally from retail industry or Loyalty / CRM / Marketing Agency.
Solid experience in Tableau, SQL and Python programming
Knowledge of R is a plus
Confident communicator of analytics to technical and non-technical audiences
A natural curiosity to interrogate data and identify hidden patterns to support business needs
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure environment, Databricks is a plus
