Administrative Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and guests
  • Monitor visitor access passes and maintains security awareness
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Mailing and deliver services arrangement for internal teams
  • Arrangement and support for ad-hoc events
  • Organize or regulate proper conference and meeting room booking system
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment & facilities
  • Inventory control & Refreshment replenishment
  • The Person

  • Certificate or Diploma or above in Secretarial / Customer Service
  • 1-3 years Receptionist / Customer Service experience especially in sizable organization or professional business centers
  • Punctual & good time management
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Strong coordination, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Professional personal presentation & customer service orientation
  • Attentive to details
  • Initiative & reliability
  • Stress tolerance
