We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Senior Associate, Campus Recruitment. This role is based in Hong Kong as part of the People & Culture team.

You will work with our Senior Manager, Campus Recruitment, based in Hong Kong. The role is part of a global campus recruitment team while have a local focus.

What You'll Do

The objective of this new role is to support Klook's global campus recruiting strategy and execute the deployment in the related locations.

  • Manage the Graduate and Internship programme in Hong Kong
  • Serve as main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end process for Campus Recruitment (interns and graduates), including promotion, marketing events like career talks and fairs, application tracking system, interview and selection process, offer, engagement, onboarding, etc.
  • Support the development and production of the campus marketing materials (e.g. slides, videos, souvenirs, etc)
  • Build and maintain relationship with key universities and student societies
  • Build the talent pipeline through various channels, including liaising with universities, external vendors, direct promotion and converting ex-interns to graduate hires
  • Work with L&D to design the onboarding programmes and development arrangement for the graduate and intern hires
  • Constantly review and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the Campus Recruitment process and promotion efforts, propose and incorporate change to improve ROI, people experience (for internal and external stakeholders) and overall performance
  • Facilitate global campus recruitment campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with different regions and departments
  • Assist in budget preparation and tracking, research, reporting and other duties or ad hoc projects as required
  • What You'll Need

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of solid campus recruiting experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders from different regions and functions, either in person or virtually.
  • Demonstrate professional judgment and able to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills, able to multi-task and follow-through
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to details
  • Smart and self-motivated
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability
  • Eagerness to work in a small team and fast-paced environment
  • A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
