Duties :
To assist the Head of Programme and Communications to coordinate and implement Company's programmes, and enhance the communications between the Company and the public;
To assist in programme planning, producing and coordination of stage performances, educational and outreach projects, and ad hoc projects as assigned;
To assist in the planning of the communications strategy to enhance company awareness and manage deliverable timelines;
To participate in, and may lead project production meetings and follow up sponsorship opportunities;
To maintain a strong media network, handle media interviews and other related functions;
To produce high quality and timely publicity materials;
To collaborate with other departments for planning and logistics;
To assist in managing and liaising with artists and service providers; and
To manage budget.
Requirements :
A degree holder, preferably with knowledge or interest in drama;
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the performing arts field;
Strong managerial and multi-tasking skills, detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills;
Strong sense of responsibility and be self-motivated;
Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with different parties;
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, with proficiency in Putonghua;
Competence in IT including Microsoft Office; and
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
