The Global Marketing Digital HubInternship problem is a new way of working, the core team that will be dividedin 3 global hubs, this team will have a chance to learn the overall Marketingstrategy and execution of the company end to end.
This multidisciplineteam will go through a vigorous training process where the goal is to work onseveral different projects to help accelerate the organization in the digitaltransformation.
The hub team will ensure that our activities are managed,measured and optimized to maximize performance and brand impact.
The hub memberwill help support our Global Marketing Brand to Order metrics by providing thedata & infrastructure needed to ensure we are optimizing our digitalactivities to drive the maximum impact to brand awareness, engagement and leadgeneration.
PRIMARYDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Create engaging social media content
Monitor posts on social networks for brand compliance
Work with our global social media team to create and implement campaigns
Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for events, posts, and holidays
Monitor analytics with social media team to identify gaps and new ideas.
Data cleanup and management
Social media optimization
Data Quality &Maintenance
o Support in data qualityacross all systems and tools for proper reporting and training.
o Preform daily / weekly checksof all data for quality and consistency and brand compliance
o Help maintain proper taggingand coding within different platforms
o Ensure a standard datataxonomy that is aligned across Global Marketing tools to allow for ease inreporting and future integration (naming conventions, reporting, etc.)
o Work cross functionally toalign data and tools with other teams, ex : Brand, Studios, etc.
o Build standardized reportingtemplates to measure key social KPIs across businesses, countries andcampaigns. Identify trends and opportunities.
o Detailed data investigationand analysis of known data quality issues
o Serve as subject matterexpert and point of contact for data-related queries
Map out OperatingProcesses Across Multiple Functions
o Update and maintain our GMdocumentation including but not limited to Social Media Playbooks, Governancedocumentation and Social Media Policy
o Ensure any policy documentationis updated within the Schneider Electric policy library
o Distribute and communicateany updates to this documentation to all stakeholders
o Refine our operationalprocesses to be as efficient and effective as possible
o Identify & merge roguesocial media accounts
Operational Excellencein our Tool Set
o Ensure our tool set isoperating at peak efficiency look for opportunities to integrate with othertools, make agile changes that increase efficiency and effectiveness
o Comprehensive understandingof all modules, tools and social media platforms being used, as well as stay ontop of trends in the industry
Standardized globalreporting for all users to access : adoption, usage & performance to setcomparative benchmarks and identify trends

Thisjob might be for you if :
Qualification andKnowledge required
Experience in digital media, marketing, social media
Current student working towards Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or Marketing
Deep knowledge of social Media platforms and social media tools for publishing, engagement and listening (knowledge of Sprinklr a plus )
Desired knowledge of SEO practices, Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics ..etc
Understanding of organic and paid social activities
Project management experience will be a plus
Ability to apply and execute strategy at operational level
