Job Duties
Data entry and maintenance in SAP
Item master creation and maintenance in SAP
Input orders in SAP
Handle daily office clerical jobs
Receive enquiries from internal departments and provide solutions
Support System integration test (SIT) and carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for S4 HANA system upgrading
Liaise with business on new requirements and handle the change from the business user
Provide user training and prepare system documentation
Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business related discipline
Minimum 1 year related to logistics and warehouse management
Excellent interpersonal skills and with the attitude of driving for excellence
Willing to learn, attention to details and proactive
Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
Mature and able to work independently, with high efficiency
PC skills in MC Word and Excel, knowledge in warehouse management system and SAP is a plus
