The location of this position is flexible; we have production offices around the world.
As Global Production Controller you will partner with the Head of Production of WEEKDAY, to set and drive the long-term strategy.
You bring strategic, data driven insights to establish clear customer-centric goals and roadmaps that will secure strong business results.
You collaborate with the different Business Units / Portfolio Brands, along with Key Stakeholders across Group Production and beyond, setting global way of working that produce strong analysis to bring clarity in changing business environments.
You drive business results and co-create strategy for WEEKDAY; setting connected seasonal and annual goals to deliver the best customer value throughout our end-to-end supply chain.
In doing so, you also oversee the execution of set roadmaps across our production countries. You actively drive our Sustainability agenda within social and environmental areas to further strengthen our role as a responsible buyer and be a leader in transforming the fashion industry.

5+ years of working experience in an analytical, controlling, or other similar role, preferably in textile industry
A genuine interest in the fashion industry and in working in a dynamic, creative environment
Highly analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with outstanding Excel skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
Experience in coordinating and managing stakeholders
A flexible, positive, and inspirational team player
Strong influencing skills and connection with H&M core values
