Associate (Functional)

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly personable individuals to join our HR Technology team in Hong Kong.

What you'll be doing

  • Support HR Organization Design activities (Organizational design for the HR Function)
  • Participate in People Strategy development
  • Take an active role in developing HR Tech Function Effectiveness and Design
  • Engage in HR Technology Roadmap (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Payroll)
  • Actively develop your knowledge of the various products we deploy and their methodologies
  • Participate in client Workshops, documenting requirements and design decisions
  • Research products and design options to solve complex business issues
  • Imagine, configure, test and share HR Tech solutions answering business requirements

    What you'll be doing

  • Take an active part in client workshop and document integrations requirements and specifications.
  • Review and analyze technical documentations and advise on integration development
  • Work closely with functional workstreams and identify gaps between functional and integrations requirements
  • Contributing to our client facing HR Tech projects, taking your responsibility within the integrations workstream, from design through to deployment, as part of the project team
  • Soliciting and challenging client requirements, presenting and facilitating workshops, analyzing data, and configuring technical solutions
  • Take an active role in the HR Technology Roadmap (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Payroll)
  • Research products and integrations design options to solve complex business issues
  • Playing your part in our proposition and business development activities
