Responsibilities

Assist in daily operations of Non Bank Financial Institutions Team, including but not limited to (i) KYC / CDD reviews (ii) deposits quotation, placement, rollover, as well as (iii) loan drawdown, rollover, repayment.

Support Relationship Managers in related to collecting and preliminary checking for account opening and / or amendment

Support the team's marketing and adminitrative matters in absence of Relationship Managers

Requirements

Form 5 qualification or above

Possess related working experiences in the sales support and administration field in corporate banking

Strong in communication and problem solving skills

Well versed in MS Excel / Word / Powerpoint

Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin
