  • The Partner Enablement Senior Specialist supports the Go-to-markets for SAP Solutions in the MidMarket space within Hong Kong through indirect channels and educate key partners and prepare scale in close collaboration with the MidMarket teams;
  • executes on packaged solutions / model company approach that drive growth in the MidMarket segment; designs scalable enablement campaigns for partner sales, pre-sales and partner services;
  • interacts closely with Solution Management and Product Management to retrieve early knowledge materials for educating partners through the Partner Learning Hub and Partner Solution Centers.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Support the regional and local Go-to-market in the MidMarket space, educate key partners and prepare scale. Execute on new initiatives that drive growth in the MidMarket segment.
  • Support partner enablement and project delivery
  • Build and execute enablement programs in key areas aligned to the SAP solutions
  • Roll-In of requirements from the local field organization as well as partners.
  • Work with the localization team to provide inputs and do User Acceptance Tests
  • Collect and share Best Practices of SAP and partners
  • Interact closely with SAP Product Management to retrieve early knowledge with partner-ready materials
  • Execute on these and measure the impact.

  • Plan, coordinate and conduct enablement trainings for top partners and SAP field employees to ease and accelerate the positioning, sales and deployment.
  • Provide professional guidance to SAP top partners and help them to integrate SAP’s offering into their own SAP Solutions.
  • Provide regular support and coaching to strategic partners.
  • Secure that the regional enablement plan supports the business objectives.
  • Understand our competitive advantage and establish the key reasons for customers and prospects to leverage SAP Solutions and other innovative technologies to achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Ensure that business management processes are in place and that business development best practices are followed.
  • EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required from an accredited university
  • Around 7+ years of experience from software vendor AND its partner(s)
  • Good technical understanding of core SAP Solutions or any other enterprise software
  • Ability to understand market / customer requirements in the Enterprise Management area and knowing SAP’s product portfolio and solutions.
  • Experience in indirect channel go to market combining license and service revenue streams.
  • Knowledge of cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS / PaaS models, cloud -based commerce / business networks
  • Able to plan, organize and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in working in a matrix environment
  • Excellent communication and advance negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Business Level conversation in Mandarin desirable.
