  • Our client, a well-known corporate services division, is looking for a Senior Human Resource Officer (Payroll) to join its dynamic team :

    Responsibilities :

  • Monitor full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits functions including payroll, attendance, , annual salary review, tax reporting etc
  • Oversee all Compensation & Benefits functions including salary review, incentive schemes and other reward initiatives for other offices in APAC
  • Prepare annual budget, monthly staff cost forecast and regular staff analysis
  • Handle monthly payroll documents from factories and make sure it can be passed to management on time
  • Liaise with vendors for insurance policy renewal and prepare relevant analysis
  • Administer the Salaries tax filing and individual income tax filing
  • Responsible for income tax related issue such as prepare correspondences and calculation of tax equalization
  • Handle annual salary review and assist in personal record audit
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in human resources management with hands-on experience in compensation and benefits (including payroll) in multinational companies Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Chinese word processing)
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & other related legislations
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good team player, high level of accuracy and detail-oriented
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • One year contract, one month bonus
