  • Lead small-scale process improvement projects to enhance the customer claim experience
  • Lead the team to support on a major system improvement project to enhance the efficiency, risk control, and fraud detection capability of existing claim and network management practice
  • Above including :
  • design future claim management practice
  • implement small-scale process improvement projects
  • articulate business requirements for the major system improvement project and serve as SME on behalf of Claim teams to work closely with IT, Digital, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • lead a team on test planning and test execution
  • lead change management (including user training plan and ramp-up plan) for the projects
  • 7 years or above experiences in project / claim management
  • Able to work with stakeholders independently
  • Experiences in health insurance industry is a plus
  • Strong command in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
