The incumbent will assist team head in the credit card rewards management with key responsibilities in monitoring reward redemption mix, reward cost and rewards reserve.
He / She has to take actions (campaigns or new features) in driving customer engagement in the burn side while continue to lower the reward cost.
Assist in rewards management of all Citibank Credit Card driving unique card proposition while managing reward cost.
Closely monitor and manage the redemption mix for lower CPP.
Support regional and roll out new rewards features in mobile app driving engagement in rewards and mobile active.
Create and deploy strategies, and implementation of key growth initiatives, and maintain current market intelligence on overall industry verticals and competitors
Manage strategic rewards programs, strategic rewards feature roadmaps, program launches, and marketing to meet / exceed KPI and deliver client value propositions
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
6-8 years of relevant experience
Experience with internal negotiations
Practical experience of managing complicated financials
Advanced knowledge of industry and competitor products / services
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Bachelor’s degree / University degree or equivalent experience
