The Solution Sales Associate role consistsprimarily of recent graduates or individuals who are new to careersin Sales. Individual will focus on the fundamentals ofvalue-

based selling, presentation capabilities and style,preparation and review of business cases and knowledge of specificSAP solutions within their area of focus.

Individualswill also have the opportunity to build key skills in projectmanagement, business acumen, effective teamwork and executive-levelcommunication.

TheSolution Sales Associate will partner with more senior SolutionSales Executives and his / her manager to build customer and VirtualAccount Team (VAT) relationships, develop pipeline and generaterevenue.

He or she may have targets set by their managerrelative to pipeline and / or revenue. The individual willbe responsible for supporting all SAP promotions and events in theterritory.

Qualifications :

  • Abilityto adapt and function effectively in fast-paced, changingenvironment
  • Exceptional problem solving,communication and analytical skills (some positions will requireconsulting background)
  • A record of takinginitiative (self-starter), driving results, and acceptingincreasing levels of responsibility
  • Wellrounded understanding of business, partner and project managementpractices
  • Possess strong sense of teamwork,integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude andcreativity
  • Possess strong business aptitude andworking knowledge of at least 1 industrypreferred
  • Able to rapidly assimilate and distilcomplex topics
  • Eager to excel in a vigorous,structured 12-month training program with significant quarterlycertification requirements (ifapplicable)
  • Ability to manage projects andpeople, with virtual teams, across theglobe.
  • Willingness to relocate if needed forposition at the completion of the training program (ifapplicable)
