People Operations is critical to the overall effectiveness of the HR experience across Richemont. The team brings the HR support model to live by providing the platform for end-to-end operational services and employee experiences across a broad range of employee life-cycle experiences such as onboarding, talent movement and offboarding.

As the catalyst for HR digital transformation, People Operations is also leading the way in continuous process improvement & implementing new technology solutions.

This is a unique opportunity in the team where you will be an expert to lead mobility management and also be a trusted people advisor to deliver quality HR services.

Responsibilities

People Advisory (50%)

  • Responsible for effective execution of HR operational services across the employee life-cycle e.g. onboarding, talent movement, offboarding
  • Manage full range of HR related enquires, empowering employees to solve problems by providing advisory service and / or connecting them to right tools and resources
  • Ensure accurate and updated employee data is maintained in HR System
  • Active contribution in HR transformation and drive enhancement of employee experience by implementing change initiatives / improved process / special projects
  • Lead or support strategic HR initiatives / special projects e.g. process improvement, HR technology deployment
  • Mobility Management (50%)

  • Be the subject matter expert to advise on all topics related to relocation of expatriate staff
  • Coordinate the immigration & related processes; provide end-to-end solutions for efficient administration of international assignments
  • Work closely with group HQ and other HR teams to formalize policies and procedures
  • Select and manage vendors to provide quality services regarding visa application, house rental, school application, tax reporting, etc.
  • Lead the review project to further enhance and professionalize the overall mobility management services
  • Qualifications

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • 3+ years of HR generalist experience in sizeable companies; hands-on mobility management experience is highly preferred
  • Experience in HR project management is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused with strong growth mindset and learning agility
  • Good collaboration and communication skills
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
