Business Development Manager (EU Market)

Responsibilities :

  • Report to VP of Global Sales, handle distribution accounts in EU market for the consumer electronic products or electronic toys
  • Identify and serve new distributors to maximize the current business
  • Develop sales plan and time table to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with strategic distributors on effective marketing plans to grow sales and increase brand awareness in assigned regions
  • Coordinate product development, product launching plan, sales & marketing support, order processing, shipping arrangement, logistic plan and payment term to fulfill business target
  • Review and update the business contracts timely
  • Compile sales reports and make recommendation to management
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business or equivalent; preferably with MBA qualification
  • Minimum 10 years experience in handling sizable accounts at trading or buying environment
  • Good knowledge of EU market in particular of the consumer electronics or toys related items
  • Strong business connection and networking
  • Independent, detail-minded, analytical with aggressive, dynamic and result-oriented personality
  • Strong command of both spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Frequent travel is required
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Manager
