Specialist (Helpdesk Agent)

Job Duties

  • Communication with clients and backend support / programmer.
  • Solving clients' problems through phone.
  • Client management (setting the clients' expectation, keeping their satisfaction, etc...).
  • Incident management (issue logging, issue following-up, keeping SLA, etc ).
  • Report generation.
  • Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years solid experience in helpdesk support and trouble shooting for end-user.
  • Solid support experience in school IT system is highly preferred but not a must.
  • Knowledge on user end operating systems (Windows 2012 / 2008).
  • Knowledge on Linux, Networking and router configuration is an advantage.
  • Good telephone manner and excellent communication skill.
  • Good team player.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Willing to work on public holidays and 7 x 24 roster.
