Order processing and follow up
Liaise with overseas suppliers
Our client is a Belgian Company which offer numerous retail chains, brands and other activities, and they are flourishing in three countries, Belgium, Luxembourg and France.
Prepare documents related to tender, submission and contract.
Follow up orders with factories / suppliers and internal parties independently to ensure goods are produced, inspected and shipped on time.
Generate sales report and evaluate inventory level.
Perform general sourcing activity, including searching new product and new suppliers, initial price comparison, factory / supplier evaluation etc.
Perform clerical duties to support the food merchandising team.
Diploma or above in any disciplines, diploma in Food Science / Logistics Management would be an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of merchandising experience in a local retailer, trading / buying office, experience in handling food products is preferred.
High degree of work ethics and integrity.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player, self-motivated, reliable and independent.
Good command of spoken & written English, conversational Mandarin is essential.
