Implement sales development strategy to deliver high quality sales development tools to motivate distributors performance
Support on new initiatives to equip distributors with proper selling tools to drive the business and increase productivity so as to align with channel sales focuses
Develop new initiatives to facilitate the sales force driving the business, including seminars, sales toolkits, workshop etc
Manage the progress of deliverables of the team to ensure timely and quality delivery
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirement
Act as one of centre of excellence to support different distribution channel business development
Degree holder with at least 3 years or above of relevant experience
Good English and Chinese writing skills in promotional and sales materials
Good team player and with communication and coordination skills
Analytical skills with good MS Excel knowledge
Enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds
Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
