Information Security Risk protects information and computer resources against unauthorised access through administration of logical user access controls, implementation of IT security solutions, and establishment of related policies, standards and procedures.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as System and Transaction Risk Manager.
Deliver Risk Steward support for Systems, Data, and Transaction Processing (SDTP) Risks which includes :
Set and execute an engagement strategy on end-to-end SDTP risk & control management across the Bank’s business initiatives, products and services.
Review and challenge the business & functions activities and ensure that exposure to SDTP risks / issues / controls are managed in a practical and effective manner.
Produce operational risk reporting relating to Risk & control environment and provide insight on management decision making.
Support independent Risk assessment as subject matter expert and close regulator engagement.
Provide advice and guidance on risk appetite setting and ensure appropriate action plans are in place for risks outside of risk appetite tolerance
Manage internal and external audit requirements for SDTP Risk Stewardship.
Assist to foster the risk culture among stakeholders in the Bank
University degrees in a related discipline
Over 5 years of relevant working experience in operational risk management at management level and the banking industry with an understanding of banking Systems, Data, and Transaction Processing
Knowledge of regulatory environment in the financial services sector and exposure to an operations and control environment (e.g. audit, compliance)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of dealing with executives at all levels including the capacity to articulate the case for SDTP risk management in the language of business
Able to articulate the operational impact of business change and to distil complex information into useful, insightful and concise recommendations.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
Holder of CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP will be an advantage
