The Department
The IT Strategy and Governance Department drives new strategies for overall IT Planning including manpower planning, demand and supply management, IT budgets and financial planning.
It is responsible for the design and governance of the Enterprise Architecture, the management of the Project Management Office and resourcing from the IT Shenzhen Development Center.
In addition, it manages the strategic relationship with business users and external partners to foster customer focus and collaboration.
The Job
Plan and drive engagement and attract target groups through sophisticated marketing communications content and channels to promote the IT&S Division brand to internal and external groups
Roll out marketing and branding programmes through detailed project management and communication with stakeholders
Collaborate with Corporate Branding & Public Affairs to execute targeted promotions and social media channels.
Collaborate with HR to plan and execute targeted promotions on online job boards (e.g, LinkedIn, JobsDB, CTgoodjobs)
Develop brand and marketing creative assets and develop toolkits which include a full suite of activation tools from digital, print and other collaterals to enable on-brand and efficient rollout of campaigns.
Collaborate closely with other departments including Corporate Branding, Public Affairs, HR & Procurement teams as appropriate to ensure compliance with internal standards and guidelines
Establish effective benchmarks and KPIs for measuring the ROI and impact of marketing and social medial programmes
Participate and contribute positively to create a diverse and inclusive culture with trust and respect. Play an active role to support cross team / division / department efforts and model collaborative behaviours
About You
Bachelor degree or above in Marketing & Communications, graphic design, advertising or related disciplines
Minimum of 12 years’ experience in branding, design, advertising or marketing industry, preferably gained in a sizeable organization
Marketing agency or consultancy experience preferred.
Possess strong creative, strategic, analytical and organizational skills
Detail-minded with strong communication and problem solving skills
Track record of building positive branding and marketing programmes
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Demonstrate a proactive working attitude to achieve common goals with good influential and negotiation skills
Strong oral and written English language skills
Proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua (written and spoken) is an advantage
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
