Our client, an investment company, is now looking for a to satisfy their business needs.
Provide full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support to senior management
Manage calendar and appointment bookings
Minutes taking, business correspondences and translation handling
Handle travel arrangements and itinerary planning
Any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements : Degree holder
At least 5 years secretarial experience preferably in sizable companies
Good command of written / spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Formal secretarial training an advantage
Proactive, discreet, well-organized with good interpersonal skills, able to prioritize and multitask
Computer literacy in MS Office including Chinese WP
