Help Desk Support Officer

An insurance company is looking for Help Desk Support Officer.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
  • Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Running reports and analysing common complaints and problems.
  • Identifying hardware and software solutions, considering existing technology capability, operation risk, cost and time required.
  • Troubleshooting, validate and report technical issues.
  • Installing and configuring hardware onsite.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field would be preferable.
  • 1+ years working as a help desk specialist (Fresh Graduate are also welcome).
  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
  • Knowledge of computer software systems, including databases, office applications, and operating systems.
  • Excellent Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
  • Proficient in Mandarin would be preferable.
