An insurance company is looking for Help Desk Support Officer.
Job Responsibilities :
Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Running reports and analysing common complaints and problems.
Identifying hardware and software solutions, considering existing technology capability, operation risk, cost and time required.
Troubleshooting, validate and report technical issues.
Installing and configuring hardware onsite.
Job Requirements :
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field would be preferable.
1+ years working as a help desk specialist (Fresh Graduate are also welcome).
Advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
Knowledge of computer software systems, including databases, office applications, and operating systems.
Excellent Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
Advanced knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems.
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
Proficient in Mandarin would be preferable.
