Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for general office administration including tea service and greeting guests
  • Provide general office administration support and perform errands that assist daily function
  • Assist in company events such as luncheon, dinner or refreshment arrangements
  • Maintain conference rooms and pantry cleanliness and tidiness
  • Monitor and order related office supplies
  • Requirements :

  • Form 3 or above
  • At least 1 year of solid experience in office administration
  • Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, responsible, polite and punctual
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of Chinese and fair in English & Mandarin
