Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the help desk team and evaluate performance
  • Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
  • Set specific customer service standards
  • Establish best practices through the program / process
  • Keep track the status of cases
  • Prepare relevant reports
  • Help support divisional management with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative and secretarial work
  • Handle / Supervise day-to-day the operations of administration in Division
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, guest visits and events
  • Keep good relationship with internal / external parties
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, management, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of Administration working experience under banking industry with not less than 4 years people management experience
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks in a tight schedule, plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Independent, responsible and self-motivated
