Part-time Project Co-ordinator II(s)

The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) handling academic programmes and office administration; (b) performing liaison and committee work;

c) organising seminars and conferences; and (d) performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Duties on Saturday(s) will be required occasionally during teaching terms.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; (iii) strong problem-solving and organisational skills;

iv) a strong sense of responsibility, a detail-oriented mind and a positive work attitude; (v) the ability to work independently and as an effective team member;

and (vi) a good working knowledge of computer skills. Relevant experience at tertiary institutions will be advantageous.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
