The Department
Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses.
In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.
You will :
Delivering excellent guest services to our Members and their guests in their respective areas
Assisting the Gaming Supervisor to ensure a smooth and efficient service in their assigned section
Keeping the service standard at top quality, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintaining a high level of hygiene and quality standard in their area
Maintaining of gaming equipment to ensure they remain in excellent condition
In instances of food and beverage service, looking for ways to avoid wastage, breakage and spoilage, limiting costs
You should have :
Form 5 standard, preferably with Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
Five years’ relevant experience in hotel or sizable catering establishment with two years in similar position
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
