The Membership Sales Account Executive will be responsible for revenue generation, client account management and growth of membership sales for our brands across the region.

Campaign Asia-Pacific is the region’s leading industry title providing essential insights and intelligence for advertising, marketing, media.

Across many platforms, the brand delivers deep and broad analysis of industry trends and developments.

The successful candidate will have excellent telephone skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Targeting potential new members and prospects throughout the world, the ability to plan and prioritise personal sales activity, along with a positive work ethic, is essential.

Knowledge of advertising & marketing industry or finance industry would be advantageous, but experience in tele-sales is essential.

A membership sales background is strongly preferred. Excellent standard of English language is required, mandarin would be an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Meet and exceed assigned budget and business plan forecasts for Campaign memberships.
  • Warm and cold call prospecting via telephone within different geographic areas
  • Develop new business, clients and strategies to grow the revenue base.
  • Research the audience base to develop a plan for new business.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to build relationships and increase yearly spend.
  • Drive corporate subscription with regional clients.
  • KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder
  • 2+ years sales / telesales experience managing membership or subscription-based business
  • Good account management experience
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Proactive and driven to get on with a can-do’ attitude
  • Mature, positive, determined, considered and confident
  • Able to meet tight deadline & work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin a plus
  • Ability to travel (if required)
  • We offer attractive remuneration package and a fantastic working environment. This position is full time, 5-day week and based in our bright, modern offices in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
