Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
At least 5 years of general Human Resources experience
Well versed in HK employment ordinances. Strong understanding of labour ordinances of other APAC countries such as Macau and Taiwan will be an advantage
Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
Mature with strong sense of responsibility
Proficiency in MS office
Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR Executive
Job Description :
Responsible for all HR duties for Asia region, including overseas / local recruitment, compensation and benefits, etc.
Prepare monthly payroll analysis and variance reports and participate in annual budget preparation.
Ensure all HR related SOPs are in place and followed. Monitor to achieve a timely HR operations delivery.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory.
Prepare and update HR reports, documents and work materials to HQ
Update and maintain HR records and ensure the data accuracy in HRIS (Oracle)
Facilitate annual performance review process.
Observe and identify training needs. Make effective training proposal. Also, provide training, guidance and interpretation to the local teams for HR policies and procedures.
Any ad-hoc HR related projects as assigned by the company.
