And we need your help to get us there!As part of Lalamove’s Corporate Solutions department, you will be working with the Sales Operations team to provide support to a dedicated team of sales professionals across all our markets in line with the business’ overall goals.

The ideal candidate has some prior experience working with cross functional and multicultural teams. Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential to the success of this position.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in the creation, design and implementation of onboarding and ongoing training program for the global sales team
  • Work with product team to understand new product features / releases, create a process on how best to disseminate this information internally and train Lalamove sales team members
  • Work with marketing team to design sales team content such as pitch decks
  • Take ownership of sales training documents and update as product and process changes
  • Embed the correct sales culture based on consultative selling to understand customer needs and propose solutions as needed.
  • Act as an intermediary between sales and key business partners internally
  • Prior experience with CRM and systems is a plus
  • What you’ll need :

  • 2-4 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in designing a sales curriculum or training programme is a significant advantage.
  • A strong capability to work with cross functional teams to meet the desired objectives.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Past experience working with a multicultural, global team and tech savviness towards sales software and systems are bonuses.
  • Fluency in English.
