Handle MPF & ORSO enquiries through hotlines and e-mailsFollow up customer enquiries and feedback with good quality standard Ensure the delivery of service meet with our service standard & comply with regulatory requirements
Diploma holder or aboveMinimum 1 year of customer service related working experience in banking and financial industriesCustomer focused with positive attitude & communication skillsGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)Candidate with less experiences will be considered for representative position
