Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation.
In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Provide daily support to Consumer / Institutional Banking Operations Teams including data input and validation in system;
documents follow up and checking;
Handle enquiries from internal and external parties and ensure responsive problem solving for enquiries
Prepare periodic operational reports and management reports as required
Provide suggestion to improve the efficiency and quality of services and to streamline the workflow
Participate in projects and UAT assigned by supervisors
Degree / Diploma holder
Experience in banking operation and knowledge in banking products is an advantage
Fresh Graduate will also be considered
