  • Assist in monitoring of assigned budget, procurement, contracts and responsibilities
  • Prepare and consolidate, coordinate and conduct annual survey and evaluation of services and quality level of vendors
  • To support other teams on Help Desk inquiries and orders
  • To track and confirm orders of non-IT items / printed matters and ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate with users on the logistics of delivery of goods / services
  • To prepare documents, invoices, summaries and all relevant information for payment settlement for purchased items
  • Prepare Chinese reports / Management submissions / short essays for intranet announcement
  • Perform duties in accordance to the bank policies
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superiors
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative function, preferably in banking industry
  • Capable to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently, self-initiative and responsibility
  • Familiar with MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua.
