Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new and maintain existing customers relationship
  • To explore new market and business opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecast business trend to achieve sales target by selling and promoting our products and services to customers
  • Formulating sales and business strategies for the team, and provide team coaching and management in generating sales results
  • Provide guidance and advice to CS & Sales staff to handle customer complaints and difficult customers
  • Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years of experience in CS, Sales & Operations management;
  • Self-motivated, Attention to detail, and determined to success;
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
  • Excellent communication, presentation and convincing skills;
  • Sharp business acumen with strong customer orientation;
  • Computer Literacy of MS Office.
