The Training Executive will play a key role in assisting the HKT Premier team to achieve its customer service goals. The role, which reports to our experienced Training Manager, will cover the full spectrum of training activities, and as such afford the jobholder an opportunity to develop the highest level of professionalism.
The Job :
To deliver training programmes covering a full spectrum of induction, products and services, processes, and sales and customer service training.
To assist in identifying and prioritising training need, to evaluate and enhance training programme and methodology effectiveness, and to assist in developing training materials.
To maintain accurate training development schedules
As a team player to develop and deliver first class group and individual coaching based training
The Person :
Should hold a university degree and a professional qualification in training and development.
Minimum 1 year of training experience and working in telecommunications, IT&T or service / hospitality industry would be an advantage.
Energetic, positive, mature, analytical and passionate about training and developing people.
A good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Highly proficient in software such as MS Word and Powerpoint, and with an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
