You will contribute to the total customer satisfaction by providing services via telephone, live chat and emails for a public utility in a tactful and timely manner.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints via telephone, live chat and emails
  • Work on tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Perform shift duties : 7 days x 24 day work per week
  • Requirements :

  • At least one year experience in helpdesk service
  • Obtained Diploma or above
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • English and Chinese word processing
  • Working Location : Mei Foo
