Are you an experienced Contact Center Manager with strong operations background?

Are you keen to kickstart your career in a Top InsurTech company and strong agile team?

I'm currently working with a global insurance technology firm who has been developing ground breaking initiatives in the industry.

They are currently looking for a Contact Center Manager / SME who will be working closely with an onshore and offshore teams as they enter new regional markets.

This #TEKie has :

  • 4+ years of BA / Contact Center Operations experience
  • A 'completer-finisher' taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery. To identify and deliver process improvement activity across the business.
  • Manage vendor relationship and provide governance on customer contact centre operation.
  • Manage the process, draw insights and initiate improvement plan based on the Net Promoter Score from different countries.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin a plus but not a must have.
  • Truly agile, start-up like culture and a highly collaborative team!
