As part of the go-to-market function across regional, cluster and hotels for the SEAA region, the Manager, Marketing Digital (Content Marketing) will manage the strategic alignment of hotel earned media channels execution (social, travel review sites, B2B partners) to ensure effectiveness in engagement and conversion.
This role will also support the SEAA Regional Digital Marketing campaign management process to ensure earned channels are amplifying key marketing messages.
Ensure hotel content owners are briefed and prepared to support campaign objectives through content assets aligned to campaign dates.
Manage the regional earned content calendar to drive effective engagement of social activity and operational excellence.
Manage earned content-related communications to hotels in the region.
Ensure hotel-level alignment for the earned media component of the campaign marketing plan, including dates, deliverables and stakeholders.
Manage hotel stakeholders to ensure business-as-usual earned content is scheduled, produced and executed, alignment and consistency across affiliated B2B sites, and proper adoption and effective execution of partner tools and functionality across hotel review sites.
Analyze and evolve current earned content reporting dashboarding to ensure full picture of engagement and conversion utilizing trusted data sources
Participate in the department creation and ongoing revision of a set of key feeder market packs, detailing market characteristics and fundamentals.
Organize and attend regular reviews with all hotels in the region to drive the earned content roadmap.
Candidates may be offered Assistant Manager, or Manager role, depending on experience.
