Assistant Manager (Customer Loyalty and Retention Marketing) – Marketing & Corporate Communications (Marketing / Corporate Communication, Supervisory)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist to build and manage membership loyalty club for the company. Provide guidance and guidelines to internal stakeholders and external vendors on the setup of the loyalty club, from conceptualization, design, implementation to execution
  • Assist in developing overall member acquisition and tier benefits strategies, and to enrich member experience from end to end for different member tiers so as to increase member engagement and lifetime value
  • Plan, coordinate and execute customer loyalty campaigns such as workshops, events and seminars
  • Prepare marketing collaterals across all platforms / channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, digital / creative agencies, vendors and business partners to ensure smooth launch of marketing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign progress and effectiveness, conduct post-campaign evaluation and provide constructive insights and analysis for management review and future improvement
  • Requirements

  • University graduate in Marketing, Communication or Business related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in the CRM / customer loyalty marketing. Experience in financial / telecom / insurance industry preferred
  • Experience in project / event management and able to work with multiple stakeholders from cross functional team
  • Good team player, excellent analytical skills, result driven and highly motivated self-starter
  • Strong presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC skills such as MS excel, word, powerpoint as well as Chinese word-processing
