  • Provide general administrative and personal support on both business and personal issues;
  • Liaise with internal and external parties;
  • Handle and follow up ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor;
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required.
  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above;
  • 2-3 years of secretarial experience in banking and financial services;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Processing;
  • Fresh graduated is welcome;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
